Legal Process & Case Review Unit

About the Unit

The Legal Process & Case Review Unit examines the procedural and evidentiary dimensions of blasphemy-related cases within Pakistan’s legal system. The Unit focuses on documenting case histories, reviewing investigation records, and presenting verifiable legal material such as FIRs, charge sheets (challans), forensic reports, and court judgments. Its work is strictly documentary and analytical in nature. By compiling and reviewing primary legal documents, the Unit aims to ensure that discussions surrounding such cases are grounded in verifiable records rather than speculation or anecdotal claims.
